Joe Fournier is an Award-Winning Composer for Film and Media based out of Los Angeles, California. After first picking up the Violin at the age of five, he fell in love with creating music.

In 2019, he received the Award for Best Music at the annual Toronto 'Feedback' Film Festival for his scoring of the film The Legend of Scotty Watts. He operates a home-studio in LA, where he composes music for Film, Web Series, Commercial Video and other media.

In addition to scoring for scripted projects, Joe has a growing list of credits in unscripted. Over the pandemic, he scored for the Investigative Documentary feature Kicking The Hornet's Nest (Amazon Prime). The film was selected to multiple festivals for the 2021-22 season, and has earned multiple awards.

In 2023-24, Joe has partnered with filmmaking teams in branded documentary, such as Findhelp Films. Stories like Filled With Hope (see main page) are available to stream online, with a list of new films slated to be released this year.

Joe has also been featured on multiple records as a violinist and string arranger, and plays keyboards for the LA based rock band forestline.

When he isn’t working on music, Joe can be found tinkering with a new recipe, training for a road race, and spending time with his wife Mackenzie and their lynx-point siamese cat Tuna.
